Refund & Returns Policy

At CrownWholesaleSuppliers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@crownsupply.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original, sealed packaging
In the same condition as when received
Returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used e-liquids, pods, or coils
Any product that has been used or had its seal broken (unless faulty)

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@crownsupply.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Return an Item

Email us at info@crownsupply.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
