Shipping Policy

At CrownWholesaleSuppliers, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

2. UK Delivery Options

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Age Verification at Delivery

In compliance with UK law, a signature and proof of age (18+) may be required upon delivery of vaping products. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable). You can use this to track your delivery via the courier’s website.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@crownsupply.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
