2. MHRA Notification

All nicotine-containing products sold by us have been notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) via the EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG) system, as required by law. We only stock products from manufacturers who have fulfilled their notification obligations.

3. Advertising Compliance

We comply with the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code and all applicable UK advertising regulations. We do not advertise nicotine products in a way that:
